Library Service. Borrow a Book. Borrow the Pass. Now you can also borrow a pass to visit a State Park The pass admits one vehicle holding up to eight people to a Vermont State Park for one day. Also available are a Vermont with with State Park Locations and A Vermont State Parks Brochure Family Programs -July and August for all ages
