Do you like to talk books?  Are you interested in what other people have been reading?  Do you have time on Wednesday mornings to visit with like-minded book aficionados? The new Book Lovers Social at the Craftsbury Public Library might be just the thing for you!  On the first Wednesday morning of the month, Valerie Morrison and Susan O’Connell are organizing a very informal book group, with no assigned reading.  We’ll share books we have enjoyed, authors we like, or books that are new to the library collection.  There will be tea and coffee available and occasionally snacks. Bring along a knitting or handwork project if you wish.  Valerie will have a real aloud excerpt ready to share with the group, and anyone is welcome to share a favorite piece aloud as well.

The Book Lovers Social will be held every 1st Wednesday morning of the month, from 10:30-12:00.  This project is supported with funding from the Ben & Jerry’s Community Action Team.  For more information, contact the library at 802-586-9683.
