The Craftsbury Public Library's annual book sale will be held on July 11, in conjunction with the Makers, Creators, and Collectors Fair on Craftsbury Common. With thousands of books available for sale, there will be lots of books to browse: new fiction and classics, history, travel, art, how-to, poetry, cookbooks, Vermont and regional titles. There will be a room dedicated to children's books, from picture books to chapter books.
Book prices are by donation. Shoppers can browse through the offerings, choose what they would like, and pay what they think is fair. The library needs to raise $4,000 at the sale that will help pay for July operating costs at the library, and will have a real time count of progress toward that goal for shoppers to see.
