The library thrives due to the generosity of our community, which supports the library in many ways. Financial contributions make up 15% of our operating budget every year. As a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation, all donations to the library are tax deductible.

Our Volunteers

One important way that we keep our costs low is by relying on volunteers for many of the tasks involved in keeping the library running. We have volunteers who run the circulation desk, shelve books, sort books for the book sale, make repairs to the building, help with fundraising events, and so many more tasks. If you have time or specific skills you'd like to donate, please talk to Susan.
