Services & Programs

The Library sponsors special programs throughout the year. Many programs are funded and sponsored by the Vermont Humanities Council, including Book Discussions, Speakers Bureau and Vermont Reads: a One Book Discussion Program.

Community participation in programming and services help the library to offer a wide varirety of activities and programs. We appreciate and encourage that participation. This past year we had presentations on Geothermal Heating, Tree Climbing in Ghana, Gardening in Vermont, Knitting for Beginners, Palestine and the Wall, Solar Energy in Your Vermont Home and a Reference Workshop about Vermont On-Line Library.
